Yes, an extra pocket is located within the inside of the bottom cover for the storage of business card like items.

This is all dependent on the brand of battery used.  

There are 5 red LED lights that run horizontal from left to right.  This provides ample light to illuminate both the top and bottom pages while in use.  The LED lights are rated for 20,000 hours of lifetime use, not to be confused with the lifespan of a battery.

The green light comes with magnetic and velco interchangeable backings for various applications.  It can be attached to anything magnetic and/or velcro.  The green light can also be interchanged with the red LED light that comes equipped on the Nite Write Duty Book Cover.  You can then use the red LED light with either of the magnetic or velcro backings. Only 1 AAA battery is required to power the lights.

Yes! Due to the fact that the cover is made from microfiber leather and nylon stitching, it will not absorb liquids and therefore can be wiped down with an alcohol based wipe.  

Simply slide the light to the left to unlock it from the base.  This allows for ease of battery replacement and photocopying notes when required. Please visit the Video Instructions link in the footer for detailed directions.

Remove the light from the base and then remove the top cover of the light housing.  This can be done by starting at the top right corner directly behind the on/off button and pull upwards.  The cover is tight to maintain water resistance and avoid it popping off if dropped.  Please visit the Video Instructions link in the footer for detailed directions.

There are two pockets located near the inside center of the leather cover. Start by inserting the top cover of the notepad into the pocket that the light is affixed to.  Slide the outside cover of the notepad all the way in.  Then fold over the leather cover so that the top and bottom are now touching.  Then place the bottom cover of the notepad into the adjacent pocket sliding it all the way in.  Once both covers of the notepad are in position close the duty book cover.  You can then adjust the spine of the notepad so that it is centered within the duty book cover.  Please visit the Video Instructions link in the footer for detailed directions.
