Shipping Costs within Canada and the USA (based on total order value) is shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel (includes tracking). If your purchase is being delivered within the USA, Canada post works with the United States Postal Service for package delivery.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Custom orders requesting embossing will be processed for shipping when completed.  We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are generally shipped using Canada Post and/or the United States Postal Service. Canada Post delivery standard is 2-7 days, but they report that delays can occur. If being delivered to the USA it may take up to 14 days for delivery. Flat shipping fee is $10. Free shipping is available on orders over $59 (after discounts, before taxes). Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another email with tracking, when your order has shipped.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@nitewrite.ca. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee), and ask that you re-submit your order.

To check the status of your order please refer to the email notification from us which includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nitewrite.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nitewrite.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.

Bulk Order Shipping

We consider a bulk order to be an order of 10 Nite Write duty book covers or more.

Departmental or bulk orders are subject to additional freight charges.

International Shipping

International shipping are orders being delivered outside Canada or the United States. There is a $20 flat rate applicable to all international orders. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Bulk orders (over 10) are subject to additional freight charges.
