Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be in original condition, free of damage and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• All items must be in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• All custom-made products tailored specifically for your order cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

To initiate a return, please email info@nitewrite.ca with your name and order number to confirm if you are eligible for a return/refund. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs of any unused items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please allow 30 days for your refund to be complete. Depending on where you live, it may take weeks for your returned item to reach us. There is also the necessary time it will take for us to process your returned item(s) and issue a refund. When we receive your returned item, an email will follow, letting you know a refund will be issued by way of original payment.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged upon receipt. If you have any issues with this please email us at info@nitewrite.ca so can start the exchange process.

Lost in Shipping

If you have not received your purchase(s) within 14 days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@nitewrite.ca so we can track your items and resolve any issues.
